Where we ship

We ship worldwide from our fulfilment partners, with the highest volume going to the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Delivery windows

Rest of world 10 to 18 business days

These windows start after processing, not from the moment you click buy. Customs can occasionally add a few days on international orders, which is outside our control.

Tracking your order

Every order ships tracked. Use the link in your shipping email, or check our order tracking page. If tracking has not updated in 5 business days, email us and we will chase it for you.

The 30-day comfort guarantee

Comfort is the whole point. If a piece does not fit or does not feel the way we promised, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@lumisensy.com with your order number and we will make it right.

What we can accept back

For hygiene reasons, intimates must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with hygiene liners intact. Items that fail this cannot be resold and cannot be accepted.

Damaged or wrong item

If your parcel arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, email a photo to info@lumisensy.com within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
